Chris Liddle will be teaching a complimentary, one hour bootcamp style workout focused on body weight exercises which will help build strength and get you moving. Chris Liddle is a personal trainer with Invigorate Training based out of Evolve Strength South. He also has recently started teaching bootcamps out of Cyclebar Windermere. As a kid he grew up playing team sports, did well in Cross Country running and did a lot of short distance track. He always loved gym and sport performance classes in high school. Despite not entering the industry until quite a few years later, somehow a series of events has led him here and he couldn't be happier. Outside of personal training Chris hosts a podcast here in Edmonton called The Lifestyle Chase which focuses on guests who are on the pursuit of a balanced lifestyle.

Danielle has been teaching Yoga for 10 years, and practicing for 20 years. She began practicing to compliment her training as a young athlete and upon retirement from the sport, to cope and thrive through battles with severe anxiety and depression. She is an E-RYT 500, Teacher Training Facilitator and lululemon ambassador. Learning new things lights Danielles fire and she is continues to further her studies.
Danielle believes that yoga can be accessible to all, in her class you can expect modifications and variations for all levels of students.
