BCBGMAXAZRIA is currently seeking for:

Store Manager

Assistant Manager

 

As a part of our management team you will be responsible for:

Visual Presentation
• Maintaining and reinforcing all BCBGMAXAZRIA visual directives

Sales Management
• Meeting and exceeding personal and store sales plan and maximize daily sales

People development and leadership
• Recruiting, hiring, training, developing and motivating Sales Associates

Loss prevention and inventory control
• Reinforcing and protecting company assets in order to increase profitability

Operations
• Maintaining consistency and organization in your store to comply with all company policy standards

 

Qualified candidates will have:

 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a management role
  • Prior experience in a fashion retail environment
  • A passion for fashion
  • Proven sales results
  • Leadership and communication skills 
  • Fashion Merchandising skills
